Position: Project Controls Specialist at Chandos
Elevate project performance as a Project Controls Specialist with Chandos in a hybrid setting. Focus on integrated cost control, planning, and scheduling while contributing to a multi-billion-dollar infrastructure project.

Chandos is a leading B Corp certified commercial builder searching for a Project Controls Specialist. This role involves managing the cost-loaded master schedule in Primavera P6, applying Earned Value Management (EVM), and ensuring efficient project delivery. You'll collaborate across teams to mitigate risks and report actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the integrated master construction schedule

• Oversee budget formulation and cost coding processes

• Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions for EVM

• Organize stakeholder engagement and scheduling meetings

• Perform on-site data validation during rotations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in project controls

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field

• Strong command of EVM and critical-path scheduling

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel

• Ability to obtain necessary site access and security clearance
