Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Builder on quality assurance processes

• Attend regular meetings and represent the Builder

• Inspect work for compliance with plans and standards

• Assist in scheduling inspections and managing trade work

• Facilitate clean and appealing construction sites

Requirements:

• 2 years in the homebuilding industry preferred

• Driver's license with vehicle access necessary

• Technical understanding of homebuilding processes

• Awareness of Health & Safety regulations

• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
