Bird is seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to contribute to the Buildings & Commercial team. This impactful role focuses on providing accurate cost estimates for significant civil and concrete projects. You will closely collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring precision and competitive bids throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for various projects

• Collaborate with project teams to develop strategies for bids

• Manage project budgets through all phases of development

• Lead bid processes, ensuring timely deliverables

• Conduct preconstruction services and risk assessments

Requirements:

• 10+ years in estimation for large construction projects

• Undergraduate degree in quantity surveying or engineering

• Ability to obtain Secret-level Security Clearance

• Experience with estimating software programs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
