Health & Safety Director for VINCI Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Health & Safety initiatives throughout all project phases

• Develop and implement management frameworks and compliance policies

• Evaluate subcontractor safety assurance and performance monitoring

• Identify and mitigate workplace hazards through inspections

• Promote emergency response preparedness and conduct drills

Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years in construction leadership roles

• COR Auditor certified and recognized EHS qualification

• Proven experience with tunneling projects

• Strong knowledge of Ontario safety regulations

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
