Key Responsibilities:

• Review contract documents for cost estimates

• Lead the bid process and mentor junior estimators

• Contact subcontractors for pricing and negotiate costs

• Assemble comprehensive estimates for various project types

• Ensure accurate scheduling and organize subcontractor quotes

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction

• 10+ years of civil construction experience

• 5+ years of estimating experience

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
