In your role as a Safety Advisor, you will actively contribute to the safety management initiatives at Beaudoin Construction. Collaborating with field teams, your focus will be on identifying hazards, conducting inspections, and facilitating comprehensive training sessions. Your expertise will support the integrity of the Health & Safety Management System and ensure the company maintains its COR certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and mitigate workplace health and safety risks

• Support field teams in implementing safety best practices

• Lead site inspections and manage corrective actions

• Participate in planning of high-risk work activities

• Conduct training sessions to promote safety culture among workers

Requirements:

• College diploma in Construction or related field

• 2-5 years in a Health and Safety role

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

• Bilingual (French/English) is advantageous

• Familiarity with Safety Culture (iAuditor) is a plus
