Chandos is searching for a proactive Senior Estimator to lead estimating efforts on a significant nuclear project located in Chalk River, preferably from our Ottawa or Toronto offices. This role requires strong ownership and a disciplined approach to full-cycle estimating, while effectively navigating a complex delivery environment. Your ability to drive outcomes and close gaps will be crucial in meeting project timelines and ensuring stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle estimating for large nuclear projects

• Engage with subtrades for pricing strategy development

• Assess risks, contingency, and margin protection measures

• Align estimating processes with operations and leadership

• Deliver comprehensive and accurate estimates consistently

Requirements:

• 10+ years estimating experience in nuclear construction

• Proven success with large-scale projects over $1B

• Strong background from a general contractor environment

• Advanced Excel and estimating tool proficiency

• Must obtain Reliability Clearance for project timelines
