Construction Superintendent

Position: Construction Superintendent at Westview Projects
Drive construction excellence with Westview Projects as a Superintendent in Eastern Ontario. Oversee field operations, manage projects efficiently, and ensure adherence to schedules while maintaining quality standards.

Westview Projects is seeking a highly experienced Superintendent. You will play a key role in overseeing all on-site construction activities and ensuring compliance with project plans, budgets, and schedules. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as you will coordinate with various teams, including Senior Superintendents, field engineers, and municipal authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute project plans and schedules

• Supervise all construction activities on-site

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards

• Resolve project issues and advise senior management

• Maintain daily job records and three-week look ahead schedule

Requirements:

• Journeyman certificate or relevant degree/diploma

• Minimum 5 years of construction-related experience

• Knowledge of high-rise residential construction is an asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction specifications

• Strong communication skills for effective site meetings
