With one to three years in a relevant field, you'll strengthen trade relationships while managing project scopes and ensuring competitive bid submissions. Your attention to detail will be critical for meeting project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates, including quantity takeoffs

• Analyze drawings and other documents for technical requirements

• Assist in constructing preliminary schedules with teams

• Solicit pricing from subcontractors to cover all scope areas

• Participate in bid review meetings ensuring quality submissions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of construction estimating or coordination experience

• Understanding of construction specifications and estimating principles

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of software is a plus

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced settings
