In the role of Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in managing ICI projects from inception to completion. Candidates should have robust organizational capabilities and experience in project management software. You will liaise with consultants and subcontractors, ensuring projects remain on track and meet required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tender closing alongside estimating team

• Prepare and manage RFIs with clear documentation

• Review and process changes in project scope

• Attend site meetings, producing clear meeting minutes

• Manage and implement project changes effectively

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant project coordination experience

• Capable of using MS Project and Autodesk

• Strong reading and interpretation of construction contracts

• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field
