As a Senior Construction Manager, you will lead complex projects from inception to completion while effectively engaging stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex renovation and construction projects
• Provide strategic input on project planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes
• Manage budgets and financial performance
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with consultants
Requirements:
• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 10-15 years in managing commercial construction projects
• Advanced knowledge of construction processes
• Proficient with project management software
• Willingness to travel 60-70%
Lead major construction initiatives while supporting United Rentals' growth and excellence in the industry.
