EBC Internship in Project Management

During your internship at EBC in the Building - Division Co-op, you'll engage directly with the Project Management Team to assist in day-to-day project operations. This role involves interaction with engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, promoting valuable learning experiences. You’ll contribute to project scheduling, technical issue resolution, and development of construction methodologies while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer daily monitoring of project works

• Plan and oversee coordination among project teams

• Manage permits and prepare technical plans

• Analyze and negotiate contracts with subcontractors

• Ensure accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Civil Engineering

• Previous construction or engineering experience is advantageous

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be flexible to travel

• Onsite presence required throughout the internship

• Team-oriented with a quick learning aptitude
