Land Development Construction Manager

Lead innovative land development projects  the Construction Manager, you'll oversee planning, execution, and coordination of construction activities to shape thriving communities.

Caivan is seeking a decisive and proactive Construction Manager for land development. In this full-time position, you will manage construction tenders, budgets, and project costs while collaborating with trade partners and internal teams. Your expertise will ensure timely project completion in both civil and landscape construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and evaluate construction tenders and contracts

• Prepare and maintain construction budgets and forecasts

• Monitor project costs and identify potential risks

• Schedule and manage contract execution and milestones

• Lead construction progress meetings and coordinate site activities

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in land development or construction

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Share Point

• Valid G-class driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
