Siding Estimator

At Magenta Exterior Solutions Inc., we transform residential and commercial spaces through high-quality exterior renovations—including Siding, Roofing, and General Contracting. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Siding Estimator to support our expanding operations.

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for siding projects based on drawings, site visits, and specifications
• Perform take-offs for labour, materials, and equipment
• Review plans, scopes of work, and client requirements
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and project requirements
• Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and suppliers to confirm pricing and timelines
• Maintain organized estimating records and cost databases
• Assist with bid submissions, revisions, and change orders
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience estimating siding or exterior construction projects
• Strong knowledge of siding materials (vinyl, fiber cement, aluminum, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• High attention to detail and strong math skills
• Proficient with estimating software (Bluebeam), spreadsheets, and take-off tools
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license (site visits required)
• Bilingualism (French and English) considered an asset
