Position: Full-Time Assistant Superintendent Role

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities

• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Facilitate clear communication in Sub-Trade meetings

• Coordinate project materials and workflow efficiently

Requirements:

• Journeyman certificate or relevant degree

• Minimum 5 years in construction management

• Experience with high-rise residential projects preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction processes
