DSEL seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to join its Construction Administration team in Ottawa. This role involves supporting the Project Manager and ensuring effective communication throughout all project phases. Candidates should possess civil engineering qualifications and demonstrated problem-solving abilities alongside strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare emails and payment certifications for construction coordination

• Monitor project schedules and quality of field reports

• Attend and coordinate construction meetings

• Prepare cost estimates and tender documents

• Manage documentation for project approvals and handover

Requirements:

• Graduate/degreed professional engineer or certified technologist

• Proficient in Word and Excel

• Valid class G driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience managing multiple project tasks
