In this position, your skills will shine as you work on lucrative siding projects. You will be responsible for crafting precise estimates by interpreting client specifications and performing thorough site evaluations. Collaborating closely with project managers will ensure effective communication regarding timelines and pricing, while your meticulous organization will keep our estimating records impeccable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate estimates based on diverse project drawings
• Conduct take-offs for equipment and materials
• Assess project requirements during site visits
• Confirm pricing and timelines with suppliers
• Documentation of bid submissions and changes
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of estimating experience in siding construction
• Expertise in various siding materials
• Proficient in estimation software and spreadsheets
• Valid driver's license required for on-site evaluations
• Bilingual proficiency (French/English) considered beneficial
