PCL Constructors Canada Inc. is seeking Estimating Students for a four-month term starting January 2027. This role will provide invaluable exposure to project estimations while allowing you to build essential skills in unit pricing and quantity take-offs. Engage with trade contractors and learn about varied contractual terms in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparation of tender documents
• Contact trade contractors for support
• Obtain and create unit-pricing
• Perform and update quantity take-offs
• Update request for information lists
Requirements:
• Pursuing a degree in civil engineering or related field
• Ability to read blueprints and perform estimations
• Strong computer skills, especially in spreadsheets
• Passion for construction and learning
• Prior field experience is a plus
