In this role, you will support projects from pre-construction to close-out stages. Your expertise in civil construction and site servicing will be vital for evaluating land acquisitions, ensuring compliance with municipal standards, and guiding teams through project phases. Collaborate closely with the Director, Site Servicing Manager, and project teams to track costs and schedules while resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate land acquisition for feasibility and risks
• Monitor project budgets and cash flow
• Coordinate approvals for site preparation and demolition
• Review engineering drawings and provide input
• Track project milestones and compliance with permits
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years in land development or civil construction
• Strong knowledge of municipal and construction standards
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and project tracking tools
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Utilize your analytical skills and construction knowledge to drive successful land development projects and maximize delivery efficiency.
