As a Project Coordinator, you will support project teams within Pomerleau’s Buildings division. The position suits candidates with zero to three years’ building construction experience, coordinating activities, deadlines, documents, and project needs. You will collaborate with trade partners, consultants, clients, and team members.

• Assist project teams with coordination and project support
• Review, interpret, and update construction schedules
• Maintain shop drawings, RFIs, purchase orders, and completion documents
• Collect, review, and analyze project quotes
• Compile reports and document project meetings

• Zero to three years’ building construction industry experience
• Engineering university degree or technology diploma
• Strong organizational and collaborative abilities
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills and innovation enthusiasm
