As FLM - Lines, you will direct assigned construction of area transmission systems under a supervisor’s direction. The work includes supervising subordinate supervisors and tradespersons, administering policies, and planning section activities. You will also coordinate work programs, contractors, equipment, training, and reporting across regional lines operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise subordinate supervisors and crews of tradespersons
Execute annual work programs, budgets, and schedules
Provide safety leadership and participate in investigations
Monitor field work, quality, progress, and corrective action
Administer contractors, equipment, training, and reports
Requirements:
Ability to supervise transmission construction crews
Knowledge of transmission equipment and work methods
Ability to administer policies, programs, and contracts
Ability to assess hazards and safeguard work
Ability to coordinate internal, external, and public relations
Support Hydro One transmission operations through crew supervision, safety leadership, work planning, contractor oversight, and field coordination.
