Support construction production with physical labour and material handling for Dexterra Group’s IFM Team. Use hand tools while maintaining clean, safe work areas.
The Labourer works within the production team, reporting to the Technical Supervisor or Project Manager. Duties include general labour, construction material movement, scrap removal, building cleanliness, and safety compliance. The work supports construction teams in meeting schedules through practical, hands-on assistance.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform physical tasks supporting construction team schedules
- Load, unload, and move construction materials
- Remove scrap materials for disposal
- Keep plant work areas clean and tidy
- Use basic hand tools and power tools
- Cooperative approach as a team player
- Good mechanical skills and eye-hand coordination
- Ability to lift 45 pounds comfortably
- Ability to walk, stand, and perform physical work
- Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision
