Industrial Project Manager Smiths Falls

Lead industrial projects for Kilmarnock Enterprise in Smiths Falls, coordinating budgets, schedules, vendors, and on-site execution.

This Project Manager oversees client projects from start-up through completion. The work includes permits, tenders, estimates, quotations, schedules, documentation, and stakeholder reporting. You will manage site meetings, personnel, change orders, customer concerns, and project progress while supporting sales and process improvement.

• Manage project start-up, permits, change orders, and site processes
• Prepare tenders, budgets, estimates, quotations, and project schedules
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, customers, and on-site personnel
• Track progress, changes, documentation, and stakeholder communications
• Resolve customer concerns, site issues, and escalated complaints

• Post-secondary business or technical diploma, degree, or equivalent experience
• Ten or more years’ industrial management experience with leadership abilities
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings, and plans
• Knowledge of trades, techniques, OH&S regulations, and safe work practices
• Government of Canada security screening and applicable security clearance
