Construction Project Manager

Lead complex construction projects in Ottawa using budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination across residential and commercial properties.

This permanent, full-time Project Manager oversees capital improvements, redevelopment, rehabilitation, and construction projects. You will work with the Construction Manager and Construction & Maintenance team. The position supports diverse property portfolio projects from concept through completion, commissioning, and closeout.

• Manage construction, capital renewal, rehabilitation, and redevelopment projects
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, estimates, and specifications
• Lead procurement, RFPs, contractor selection, and negotiations
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders
• Monitor financials, changes, quality, safety, and compliance

• Five to seven-plus years construction project management experience
• Diploma or degree in construction, engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code, OHSA, and accessibility standards
• Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and construction software proficiency
• Strong English communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
