Electrical Construction Project Delivery Manager

Drive project delivery at Plan Group through pre-construction planning, risk management, and cost control. Lead complex electrical work safely, on time, and on budget.
As an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager, you will guide multi-million-dollar projects from estimate turnover through closeout. Your work includes subcontractor selection, material strategies, productivity planning, change management, and project controls. You will keep stakeholders aligned and resolve obstacles affecting progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead pre-construction planning, kickoff meetings, and estimate turnover
- Select subcontractors and develop material-handling strategies
- Manage risk, productivity planning, and critical-path activities
- Oversee RFIs, change orders, deliveries, and reporting
- Lead value engineering, cost-saving, and pricing initiatives
- Five or more years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects
- Education in electrical engineering, construction management, or related discipline
- Knowledge of project scheduling, procurement, and change management
- Electrical trade experience considered a strong asset
