As an Audio Visual Technician in a hospitality setting, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and dismantling of audio-visual systems.

Your role emphasizes customer satisfaction, effective communication, and technical troubleshooting. You will work closely with clients to ensure their expectations are exceeded at every event while managing the intricacies of audiovisual equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate audiovisual equipment for events

• Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction

• Monitor events and assist customers on-site

• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently

• Manage paperwork and order entries accurately

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required;
Associate's degree preferred

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience

• 1 year of audiovisual experience preferred

• Valid driver's license for vehicle operation

• Achieve Technical Level 3 Certification within 180 days
