Elevate school photography as a Photography Team Leader with Edge Imaging in Burlington, Ontario. Focus on training and field supervision while ensuring high service standards.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising the hiring and mentorship of casual photographers. Collaborating closely with the territory manager, you will optimize field operations and support photographers. Your key tasks include managing payroll processes and enforcing quality service within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hiring and mentorship of casual photographers
• Administer payroll processes and approve timesheets
• Communicate territory updates with team members
• Maintain order accuracy and timely job completion
• Uphold Edge Imaging's high customer service standards
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Photography preferred
• Minimum of 2 years as an Edge photographer
• Robust skills in organization and customer service
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Completion of Vulnerable Sector Check required
