As part of CBC/Radio-Canada's team, you will gather sports news and create informative content that resonates with the Ottawa-Gatineau community. Collaborating with senior staff, you'll produce features for various platforms, ensuring all work is relevant and engaging for a wide audience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Report and process local and national sports news
• Develop and deliver compelling video and written content
• Work on air for radio newscasts as needed
• Generate unique story ideas to attract diverse viewers
• Manage video quality and camera operations
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in journalism
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Strong reporting and storytelling capabilities
• Proficiency in editing and video production
• Mastery of French, with good English skills as a bonus
