Junior Brand and Marketing Designer

Shape brand campaigns with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design skills while working fully remotely from anywhere in Canada. Create visual content across digital channels.

This Junior Designer role supports brand identity development and marketing production within a collaborative creative team. You will create social media, website, email, display advertising, and motion assets. The work also includes adaptations, copy updates, translations, resizing, and AI-powered creative experimentation.

• Design creative assets for brand campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Adapt, resize, and update assets across digital channels
• Apply visual guidelines consistently across customer touchpoints
• Maintain quality, accuracy, consistency, and technical execution
• Explore AI tools, design systems, and motion workflows

• At least one year of relevant design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience
• Portfolio showing creativity, brand systems, and design fundamentals
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Developing understanding of motion design principles
