Shape SaaS user experiences at Mako through product design, workflow simplification, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
As a Product Designer, you will guide features from ideation through validation to development. You will understand user needs, define experiences with the Product Manager, and create intuitive customer journeys. The work spans complex, interconnected products and scalable design systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand user needs and pain points
- Define experiences for products and features
- Explore solutions from product requirements documents
- Craft scalable systems, flows, and interfaces
- Lead collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Three or more years of in-house product design experience
- End-to-end design experience on complex products
- Cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong visual design skills and adaptability
