Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for an initial 7 months contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in office in Ottawa.
Responsibilities- Addressing client phone and email inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Applying problem‑solving skills and discretion to meet customer needs
- Supporting center operations by following goals, policies, and procedures
- Identifying sales opportunities and fostering teamwork through positive engagement
- 2+ years of experience working in the Financial Industry
- Strong knowledge of securities settlement
- 2+ years of customer service experience working in a contact center environment
- Completion of a CSC course
- Cantonese, Mandarin, or French speaking
- Prior contact center experience in the Financial Industry
