Adecco is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support a client-facing Project Management team in a full-time, remote opportunity.
In this role, you will provide professional-level administrative and coordination support to Project Managers while helping deliver high-quality project outcomes and consistently superior client service. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, analytically strong, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Salary: $26-$30/hour
  • Location: Remote
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
  • Support project execution by coordinating kick-off meetings, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
  • Prepare and manage project communications, including client status updates and internal coordination
  • Collaborate with internal operational teams throughout the full project lifecycle to align deliverables with project objectives
  • Respond to client communications accurately and in a timely manner while supporting Project Managers in client interactions
  • Gather, understand, and communicate client needs and feedback internally
  • Draft project documentation such as telephone scripts, website text, and business rules
  • Assist with project reporting and perform analysis to ensure accuracy, quality, and clear context for clients
Requirements:
  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
  • Minimum 1 year of professional work experience with direct client or customer contact
  • Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong Excel proficiency (advanced level), including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess impacts and think holistically
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to deliver white-glove service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for professional and legal-facing clients
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach
  • Inquisitive mindset with a desire to understand the broader context of work
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and open to taking on additional responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience preferred
  • Experience with disbursements or financial case support is considered a strong asset
