Position: Ottawa-Based Enterprise Customer Success Lead
A high growth SaaS company is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager based in Ottawa. You will manage enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal, driving product adoption and acting as a trusted advisor. The role requires 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, critical thinking, and strong communication skills. Compensation is between $74,000 and $89,000 USD per year, with a hybrid work schedule requiring three days in the office.
