• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification

• Customer service oriented
• Excels in a team environment
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Other languages are an asset but not a requirement
• Must be able to obtain OTL (Other Than Life) license for home and auto insurance

• A generous salary (approximately $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experience) plus monthly commission and annual bonus
