As a full-time employee, you'll be the first touchpoint for billing concerns, requiring a proactive approach to customer service. Leveraging your 1+ years of experience, you will handle payments, oversee overdue accounts, and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues. Bilingual in French and English is a must for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries on billing via phone and email
• Manage billing information and payment processes
• Assist in audits and prepare accounts for billing closure
• Coordinate billing suspensions with Customer Success
• Troubleshoot issues with the Billing Platform team
Requirements:
• Over 1 year of customer service experience
• Fluent in both French and English
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for client interactions
• Ability to create supportive payment plans for customers
