This role in Kanata, Ottawa, involves addressing inquiries and assisting clients through their registration processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with registration and service navigation
• Manage incoming calls and email responses
• Organize office space and supervise interns
• Handled client information system entries
• Coordinate appointment scheduling for clients
Requirements:
• Knowledge of social issues facing clients
• Exceptional client facing and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
• Eligibility for a Level 2 Police Records Check
