Become a key player in customer success as a SMB Manager. Drive adoption and maximize value for clients in a remote role while fostering relationships and overseeing strategic growth.
In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of SMB clients. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional support, nurturing relationships, and proactively addressing challenges to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Marketing, you will be instrumental in influencing product priorities based on customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage portfolio of SMB accounts and drive adoption
• Conduct regular business reviews and guide impactful conversations
• Collaborate with teams to share best practices
• Identify opportunities for renewals and client expansion
• Proactively address client challenges and goals
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-year experience in customer success or support
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Strong communication skills in English required
• Analytical and problem-solving skills essential
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment preferred
