Key Responsibilities:
• Manage opening and execution of service orders
• Coordinate customer purchase order acquisition
• Generate job requests based on technician needs
• Expedite warranties and goodwill orders efficiently
• Assist with administration of service agreements
Requirements:
• Minimum post-secondary education required
• 2+ years in service/support operations experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
