Hard Rock Players Club Representative

Become a Players Club Representative at Hard Rock Ottawa, where music and excitement meet exceptional guest service. Help guests enroll in the Rock Star Rewards program at our premier location.
As a part-time member of our team, you'll be instrumental in assisting guests with loyalty program enrollment and queries. This role requires a friendly approach to guest interactions and the ability to maintain a well-organized space. Flexibility in work hours is a must to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enroll and assist guests with loyalty program

• Issue and emboss rewards cards accurately

• Greet guests engagingly on the gaming floor

• Keep work station clean and stocked

• Liaise effectively with guests regarding feedback
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in guest services preferred

• Must work flexible hours, including weekends

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to register as a Gaming Assistant
