This full-time, temporarily-based role demands exceptional proficiency in French and English as you assist families with their moves and navigate intricate logistical challenges. You will provide virtual consultations, manage financial claims, and interpret relocation policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as omni-channel contact via phone, email, and chat

• Lead virtual consultations to clarify relocation journeys

• Validate and process expense claims accurately

• Translate Canadian Forces Relocation Directive into clear advice

Requirements:

• Fluency in both French and English

• Continuous residency in Canada for the last 5 years

• Minimum 1 year in high-volume call center or admin role

• Strong computer literacy, multitasking skills

• Full-time temporary with potential for permanency
