Become a pivotal Bilingual Relocation Advisor at Sirva, supporting Government of Canada transferees. Deliver exceptional guidance across digital platforms in both French and English.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for relocating transferees, handling inquiries, planning sessions, and expense management effectively. Your organizational skills will help you manage multiple requests from various clients while ensuring a responsive and supportive experience for families. A strong emphasis on customer service and communication across diverse channels is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide relocation assistance via calls, emails, and chats
• Deliver individualized planning sessions for various move types
• Review and process expense requests and claims
• Maintain detailed records of communication and actions
• Perform administrative tasks to support the Contact Centre
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English strongly preferred
• Proven customer service and communication abilities
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Experience in fast-paced service delivery environments
• Enhanced Security Clearance required
