Key Responsibilities:
• Execute timely setups of customer services
• Follow up on backorders and manage packing
• Escalate customer issues and expedite resolutions
• Track visits and maintain service logs
• Support marketing efforts by promoting services
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 0-2 years related experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
• Ability to perform physical work duties
• 1+ years in sales or account management preferred
