Client Service Representative at Alta Vista

Elevate client experiences at Alta Vista Animal Hospital in Ottawa, Ontario. As a full-time Client Service Representative, you’ll ensure every pet owner feels welcomed and supported.
In this crucial role, you will embody VCA’s mission by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the hospital’s operational flow. Your responsibilities include greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and managing medical records. Additionally, you’ll assist with educating clients on pet care and presenting service fees, all while ensuring the facility is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and guide clients to exam rooms

• Schedule and confirm appointments for pet treatments

• Place outbound calls to follow up and attract new clients

• Present and explain service fees; process payments

• Educate clients on animal care and recommended products
Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with empathy

• Excellent organizational abilities to manage tasks

• Familiarity with animal husbandry is a plus

• Ability to maintain a clean hospital environment

• Experience in a similar role is beneficial
