In this guest-facing position, you will engage with visitors and facilitate various services, including gift card sales and event promotions. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as you will work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your ability to deliver exceptional service will positively influence customer satisfaction and community relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily guest service programs effectively
• Answer incoming inquiries via phone and in-person
• Coordinate with security and maintenance staff as needed
• Prepare and provide weekly operational reports
• Build rapport with community retailers and shoppers
Requirements:
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical endurance to stand and navigate the center
• Excellent communication abilities, both spoken and written
• Proactive approach to fulfilling visitor needs
