This permanent position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage sales growth and customer support issues. You will engage with potential customers, maintain strong relationships, and ensure satisfaction in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels
• Build and foster long-term customer relationships
• Manage inbound support tickets with accuracy and professionalism
• Collaborate with account managers on sales strategies
• Prepare and submit timely sales quotations to customers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 3+ years of inside sales or customer support experience
• Proficient in ERP and CRM software including SAP and Salesforce
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to analyze large data sets effectively
Drive excellence in customer support and sales strategy implementation as part of the J-Squared team.
