Elevate client experiences as a Client Service Representative at CIBC's Nepean-Barrhaven Town Centre. Help clients navigate banking services and engage with financial products every day.
This regular part-time role requires a client-first mindset within a busy Banking Center. You'll assist clients with transactions, resolve issues, and connect them with the right teams. Flexibility for varied banking hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking inquiries
• Resolve client issues with a solution-focused approach
• Connect clients to relevant CIBC team members
• Introduce clients to digital banking applications
• Engage in continuous learning about financial products
Requirements:
• Strong background in client service and support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to problem solve effectively under pressure
• Familiarity with digital banking tools is a plus
• Availability for flexible working hours
