Key Responsibilities:

• Review complaints for eligibility within our mandate
• Maintain confidentiality in sensitive interactions
• Uphold a commitment to fairness and accountability
Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Good computing skills in Windows environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
• Bilingualism in French and English is preferred
