As a vital member of our Customer Success Organization, you’ll collaborate with diverse teams to ensure clients achieve maximum value from Illumio's solutions. Your efforts will influence user adoption and renewal rates, establishing long-term relationships with C-suite executives while identifying growth opportunities. Leading clients through our innovative platform will help shape their ability to combat cyber threats effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee customer adoption and enhance user success rates
• Forecast renewals and ensure satisfaction with services
• Work closely with Sales to explore expansion opportunities
• Document customer success stories for internal use
• Maintain a strategic roadmap for product adoption
Requirements:
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles or account management
• Experience in Cybersecurity or SaaS contexts desired
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to travel for on-site engagements
