Join March Networks as a Customer Care Operations Specialist to enhance customer satisfaction through professional support and order management. Collaboration is key in this technology-driven role.
In your role reporting to the Manager, Customer Operations, you will assist in achieving organizational goals by addressing customer-related issues efficiently. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, processing orders, and fostering effective communication with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer issues with high-level service
• Assist customers via phone and email contact
• Work with Sales and Finance for order efficiency
• Manage orders and transactions in SAP software
• Provide shipment confirmation and tracking for customers
Requirements:
• College diploma or related educational background
• At least 5 years of customer service experience
• Required experience with SAP order management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
