At Maria Pecorella's Desjardins Insurance Agency, our goal is to build strong relationships advising our clients along their life's journey. We are looking for an individual who will focus on connecting with our clients to set up appointments at the office and/or phone, Teams or Zoom meetings. These connecting meetings are very important as they allow us to ensure that their insurance and financial program is still up to date and meets their needs.

It also allows us to share any updates or new products that become available. Unlimited growth potential for the right candidate who would want to continue in this industry career path.

• Connect, communicate, and schedule appointments.
• Establish customer relationships, follow up, and update information with customers as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to educate and sell customers on insurance and financial services.
• Assist clients with digital access and optimized account management.

• Self‑motivated, quick learner, and proactive problem solver.
• Strong client communication skills over the phone and email.
• Professionalism and attention to detail.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Celebrates accomplishments.

• Recent college or university graduates welcome.
• Three years of customer service or sales experience is an asset.
• Second language is a plus.
• Licenses (must be able to obtain if not already achieved).

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
